I. EFFECT OF AGREEMENT

• Customer's use of the EBOOOKREADING service indicates that Customer has read and agreed to abide by the terms of this Agreement. In case the Customer does not agree with any terms of the Agreement, please do not use the EBOOOKREADING service.
• EBOOOKREADING reserves the right to supplement, amend the content of the Agreement at any time without prior notice, and the Customer is responsible for monitoring the general provisions at EBOOOKREADING's platform regularly to be aware of these changes. Customer's continued use of the service on EBOOOKREADING after EBOOOKREADING adds content in the terms and regulations indicates that Customer has read and agreed to abide by the amendments.

II. REGISTER AND USE ACCOUNT

• Signing up for an EBOOOKREADING account represents Customer's acknowledgment of reading, understanding and agreeing to all provisions of this Agreement. When registering an account, Customer provides complete and accurate information that EBOOOKREADING requires and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided by Customer.
• After completing the registration procedure, customers will be provided with 01 account and password to log in and use the service. Customers are responsible for security of account, password, email, registered phone number. All information / confirmation / messages sent from the phone number or email that the Customer registers the service or all operations and transactions performed by the Customer using EBOOOKREADING account are considered as data messages. demonstrate the Customer's will and be used as evidence to resolve disputes between the two parties (if any).
• Each account can only log in maximum 3 (three) devices; If you log in your account on the fourth device or above, you need to remove at least 1 of your 03 old devices to continue using the service.
• In case the account is used to log in more than 05 (five) devices, that account will be temporarily suspended for 12 hours. In case the Customer continues to log in with too many devices, EBOOOKREADING has the right to delete the account.
• If a risk arises during the use of the EBOOOKREADING service, EBOOOKREADING will base on the information provided by the Customer to receive and resolve.

III. PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

The protection of Customer's personal information and privacy regulations is implemented in accordance with the following principles:

1. Purpose of collection

• Perform transactions based on Customer's orders, introduce EBOOOKREADING's new services and features, take care of customers.
• Calculate price, usage fee.
• Manage the posting and commenting of the Customer on the transactions requested to be performed.
• Resolving questions or complaints arising when the Customer uses EBOOOKREADING service.
• Preventing illegal activities on EBOOOKREADING.

2. Storage time

• At least 02 years.

3. Scope of use

• Only use the information registered and / or updated by the Customer on the EBOOOKREADING Platform, do not use the information provided by the Customer on other means and tools.

4. Commitment to privacy of Customer's personal information

• Customers' personal information on EBOOOKREADING is strictly confidential according to the personal information protection policy. The collection and use of information by each Customer is made only with the consent of that Customer.
• Do not use, do not transfer, provide or disclose to any third party about the Customer's personal information without the consent of the Customer.
• In the event that an information server is attacked by a hacker resulting in the loss of Customer's personal data, EBOOOKREADING will be responsible for reporting the incident to the investigating authorities and promptly handling and notifying the Customer. known goods.

IV. DELETE ACCOUNT

Before deleting your account, please note that deleting your account means deleting your history and studying progress and you will not be able to retrieve this lost data again in the future.

After delete account all your personal information will be completely deleted from our system.
