Ralph Parisi is an IT consultant, evangelist, and teacher. He has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. His first career was in the broadcast television industry where he worked for WNYW as a post-production editor. Ralph has extensive knowledge of server operating systems, email, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and cloud architecture. Ralph has been certified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Citrix Certified Instructor, and Amazon Authorized Instructor. He holds the following certifications: AWS Certified Architect – Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, and AWS Certified Security – Specialty.

John Muia is an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, with extensive experience in managing servers and IT infrastructure in the AWS cloud. He can effectively plan and calculate the total cost of ownership, and configure IT infrastructure that achieves high availability and performance. He has spent the last two years designing scalable, elastic, highly available, and secure system architectures and applications for customers in the cloud. He is proficient in the use of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Nagios, and CloudWatch.

Anthony Ngunjiri is a young Kenyan living and working in Nairobi. He was born in Kenya in 1990. Before venturing in information technology, he had an interest in aviation, and studied flight dispatch in 2014. He was a student at Zetech University studying for a diploma in Business and Information Technology. He graduated in 2018. He heard of AWS in 2016 when he started his practice, and he gained his AWS SysOps admin certification in 2017. He is currently preparing to become a certified AWS DevOps professional in April 2019.
