ALIA CROCKER is an assistant professor of strategy at Babson College. She researches and consults on issues related to strategic human capital.

ROB CROSS is the Edward A. Madden Professor of Global Leadership at Babson College. He is a coauthor of The Hidden Power of Social Networks (Harvard Business Review Press, 2004) and author of a forthcoming book on improving the effectiveness of collaboration (Harvard Business Review Press).

MARCO D’AVINO is a Bain partner based in Sydney and a leader in Bain Accelerated Transformation.

NEEL DOSHI is a coauthor of the New York Times best-selling book Primed to Perform: How to Build the Highest Performing Cultures through the Science of Total Motivation, and cofounder of Vega Factor, a startup that helps organizations transform their cultures. Previously, Neel was a partner at McKinsey & Company. He received his MBA from Wharton and BS from MIT.

HEIDI K. GARDNER is a distinguished fellow at the Center on the Legal Profession and faculty chair of the Accelerated Leadership Program at Harvard Law School. She is the author of Smart Collaboration: How Professionals and Their Firms Succeed by Breaking Down Silos (Harvard Business Review Press, 2017).

ERIC GARTON is a partner in Bain & Company’s Chicago office and leader of the firm’s Global Organization practice. He is a coauthor of Time, Talent, Energy: Overcome Organizational Drag and Unleash Your Team’s Productive Power (Harvard Business Review Press, 2017).

SIMON HENDERSON is a Bain partner based in Sydney and the global leader of Bain Accelerated Transformation.
