Richard Newton is a delivery manager, author and management consultant. He helps organisations develop sustainable capabilities to deliver projects and change. He specialises in shaping, mobilising and delivering complex programmes.

Richard splits his time between running change initiatives, managing his consulting company Enixus, writing, and public speaking. He has over 25 years of business experience in a wide variety of organisations.

Richard is the author of seven books, which have been translated into over a dozen languages. He works internationally, but when at home lives in the Cotswolds, UK. Outside of work, he enjoys walking in wild, mountainous and remote places.
