This book’s vignettes are drawn, in part, from the authors’ business experiences over a collective period of 105 years, during which time the authors flew a combined 6 million miles and spent over 10 years away from home. At times we left sick kids and other domestic responsibilities in the loving care of our life-long partners. Consequently, this book is dedicated to our wives:
