Live Events that are produced in Teams do not automatically have their videos uploaded to Stream. To download the video after it has been saved, launch Teams, open the calendar invitation, expand Advanced options in the meeting information, and click Backup recording to download the video:

Attendees can also follow the attendee link in the scheduled live event and watch the recording directly:
