This setting allows you to configure the maximum speed at which the OneDrive sync client will upload files to Office 365. This rate is expressed as kilobytes per second. This setting should only be used in situations where you need to manage the upload rate very strictly. Microsoft recommends, if possible, using the Limit the sync client upload rate to a percentage of throughput setting instead.
