The vast majority of commands you’ll use in Excel 2007 appear on the ribbon, but some of the commands require you to move through one or two levels of the user interface (for example, click the correct ribbon tab and then click a button to open a dialog box). If there’s a specific command you use all the time, you can make that command easier to find by adding it to the Quick Access Toolbar. If you later find that you don’t use the command as much as you used to, you can always remove the command and make room for the commands you do use.
