You can find information about additional keyboard shortcuts in Project 2010 Help. Click the Help icon in the upper-right corner of the Project 2010 window to open the Project Help window (or click File, Help, Microsoft Office Help). In the search box, type keyboard shortcuts and then click Search. Click the topic titled “Keyboard Shortcuts For Project 2010.”

Another way to find keyboard shortcuts is to rest your mouse pointer over the command in the ribbon. The ScreenTip for the command appears. If there’s a keyboard shortcut for the command, it appears next to the command name in the ScreenTip.

If you want a keyboard shortcut for a command you use frequently, but there isn’t one built in, consider creating a macro for the command and then associating the macro with a keyboard shortcut. For more information, see Creating Keyboard Shortcuts.
