UPPER BACK STRETCH

Having a strong back can help you maintain better posture. Your upper back has many muscles, including the major and minor rhomboids as well as the trapezius. Performing this stretch can help you target and strengthen these muscle groups.

1 Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and relax your arms at your sides.

2 Slowly extend your arms forward until parallel with the floor and clasp your hands in front of your chest.

3 Lean your head toward your chest and round your upper back. Hold this position for 30 seconds.
