Hard-Boiled Eggs

1. Set the air fryer temp to 260°F (130°C).

2. Place the whole eggs in the fryer basket and cook for 16 minutes. (Use a wire rack to elevate the eggs off the bottom of the basket.)

3. Transfer the eggs to a large bowl filled with ice-cold water. Allow the eggs to cool for 3 to 5 minutes before peeling. Serve immediately.

Tips The air fryer used for this recipe is 1750W, so if your air fryer is less powerful, you’ll likely need to increase the cook time by a few minutes. You can also set the air fryer to the bake setting. Try this recipe using 1 egg first, then increase when you’re more confident with your own air fryer settings. Store the cooked eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
