Frozen Cinnamon Latte

Move over fancy, overpriced coffee house drinks! This frozen pick-me-up is actually good for you, and it costs a whole lot less to make. And unlike soda, this frosty beverage contains healthy ingredients like potassium, calcium, and vitamin D.

Makes: 1 serving

Serving size: 20fl oz (590ml)

1 medium frozen banana (be sure to peel before freezing)

½ cup brewed coffee (regular or decaf)

½ cup vanilla almond milk

½ tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Place the banana, coffee, almond milk, cinnamon, and a splash of water in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve promptly.

{TIP}

Don’t toss the leftover coffee! You can save it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
