Double-Leg Stretches
This stretch works your abs as well as your hip flexors and quadriceps. It uses the extension of your arms and legs as an added weighted challenge for the abs. This exercise also helps build endurance, increases coordination, and encourages the development of a greater mind–body connection.

1 Lie on your back on the floor and bend your knees to form a 90-degree angle with your legs. Place your hands on your shins.

2 Raise your head and shoulders off the floor.

3 Extend your legs a few inches more toward the ceiling. Extend your arms backward until parallel with your ears. Reverse your movements to return to your starting position. Perform these steps 8 times.
