Two Days in Prague


Day 1

Morning

Marvel at the Old Town Square, taking in the Astronomical Clock. Ramble through tiny lanes towards Charles Bridge.

Afternoon

Meander through Malá Strana, pausing at St Nicholas Church. Hike up Nerudova – note the house signs – to Prague Castle, where you can tour the Old Royal Palace and St Vitus Cathedral.

Day 2

Morning

Begin at Josefov and the Jewish Museum. Don’t miss the Old Jewish Cemetery. The St Agnes of Bohemia Convent nearby houses the National Gallery’s medieval art.

Afternoon

Visit bustling Wenceslas Square, the heart of the New Town. Admire the National Museum before walking down Narodní towards the river to the National Theatre.


Four Days in Prague


Day 1

Morning

Visit the Powder Gate and Municipal House before making your way to the Old Town Square. Then stroll to Charles Bridge.

Afternoon

Wander through Malá Strana via Nerudova to Prague Castle and its Old Royal Palace, St Vitus Cathedral and Golden Lane.

Day 2

Morning

Spend time at the Jewish Museum, focusing on the Old Jewish Cemetery. Explore exclusive Pařížská street then stop by the St Agnes of Bohemia Convent for its collection of medieval art.

Afternoon

Head to the river and walk south along it to the National Theatre and the Dancing House. Then take stately Narodní to Wenceslas Square.

Day 3

Day 3

Morning

Start at Malostranské náměstí. Amble through Kampa Island and Wallenstein Garden. Make for Petřín Hill and ride the funicular up.

Afternoon

From Petřín, head to Strahov Monastery and to Loreta. Be sure to stroll down tranquil Nový Svět.

Day 4

Morning

View the National Gallery’s modern and contemporary art at the Trade Fair Palace. Then either visit the funfair at Výstaviště or enjoy a walk under the trees at nearby Stromovka.

Afternoon

Explore Vyšehrad, the city’s spiritual home. Visit the Slavín Monument, Casemates and Sts Peter and Paul Cathedral.
