SUMO4Schools provides a range of resources and training that facilitate well-being, promote positive behaviour and develop creativity, thinking and learning skills in schools. Developing Paul’s six SUMO principles it seeks to promote emotional intelligence and raise aspirations in children and teachers alike.

This innovative and important programme can be delivered within a cross-curricular context, but most importantly it is fun! Programmes cover both primary and secondary phases.

When working in schools we emphasize the Latin translation of the word SUMO which is ‘choose’, as well as defining the SUMO acronym as: Stop, Understand, Move On.
