1⁄2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
1 egg, beaten
1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
1⁄2 tsp confectioners’ sugar
1 cup sliced strawberries
1. Spray a 6-inch (15.25cm) round baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place the steam rack in the inner pot, and add 1 cup water.
2. In a medium bowl, make the batter by combining the Nutella, egg, and flour. Mix well.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Loosely cover the dish with aluminum foil, and carefully lower into the pot.
4. Cover, lock the lid, and flip the steam release handle to the sealing position. Select Pressure Cook (High), and set the cook time for 10 minutes. When the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure.
5. Carefully remove the baking dish from the pot. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and then dust with confectioners’ sugar and top with strawberries. Slice into four equal-sized portions. Serve warm.
