1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

12 cup crushed animal crackers

1 cup rolled oats

14 cup Pumpkin-Apple Butter

112 cups water

Pinch kosher salt

1. Divide the pumpkin seeds and crushed animal crackers into 4 equal-sized portions. Set aside.

2. Spray the inner pot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the oats, Pumpkin-Apple Butter, water, and kosher salt in the inner pot. Stir well.

3. Cover, lock the lid, and flip the steam release handle to the sealing position. Select Pressure Cook (High), and set the cook time for 4 minutes. When the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure.

4. Remove the lid, and stir. Transfer to serving bowls, and top each serving with the pumpkin seed and animal cracker mix. Serve warm.
