I’ve been using a pressure cooker since I was a little girl, only back then it was a stovetop model that could explode all over the kitchen at any minute. In recent years, pressure cookers have gotten a reboot, and not only are electric pressure cookers easier and safer to use, they come equipped with added features to allow for all kinds of healthy cooking.
