2 cups coconut water

juice of 2 key limes

1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

1 frozen medium banana

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut water, key lime juice, romaine lettuce, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Place 12 cup ice into two glasses, pour the mixture over the ice, and serve immediately.
