Kale & Green Apple
with ginger

Choose organic apples and leave the skin on to gain all the fiber apples offer. You don’t have to limit this smoothie to just green apples. Use any type of apple–whatever’s in season.

 

112 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 cups chopped kale

2 medium green apples, cored and diced

1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  1. 1 In a blender, combine almond milk, kale, apples, ginger, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
