2 tomatillos, husks removed and flesh roughly chopped
1 tbsp honey
juice of 1 lime
1 In a blender, combine 11⁄4 cups water, tomatillos, honey, lime juice, as many ice cubes as needed, and sea salt to taste. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
