Spinach & bananas
with dates

Power up your day with this naturally sweetened green drink. This a great smoothie for those who want an introduction to a green drink–and this one has a lot of great flavor.

 

2 cups low-fat milk

2 medium bananas

2 large dates, pitted and chopped

1 cup baby spinach

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, bananas, dates, spinach, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
