14 cup roughly chopped parsley

2 cups baby spinach

1 medium frozen banana

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut water, pineapple, parsley, spinach, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
