34 cup nonfat coconut Greek yogurt

1 scoop protein powder

zest and juice of 1 lemon

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 112 cups water, kale, yogurt, protein powder, and lemon zest and juice. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
