Gingersnap crunch
with bananas & honey

This smoothie tastes like a dessert but with a minimal amount of added sugar. Plus, ground ginger can help with digestion and blood sugar control.

 

112 cups unsweetened soy milk

2 frozen medium bananas

3 graham crackers, crushed

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tbsp honey

  1. 1 In a blender, combine soy milk, bananas, graham crackers, ginger, and honey. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
