This low-calorie, crisp, and refreshing blend of star fruit, peaches, and coconut water gives you a boost of electrolytes. Don’t remove the seeds from the star fruit–they’re edible!
1 cup coconut water
1 cup frozen peaches
1 large star fruit, sliced
1 Reserve two star fruit slices for garnishing.
2 In a blender, combine coconut water, peaches, and the remaining star fruit. Blend on high speed until smooth.
3 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses, add a star fruit slice to the side of each glass, and serve immediately.
