with coconut & honey

Although this smoothie is packed with nutritional goodness, it has just 30 calories per serving. You could add cinnamon for a sharp tang or use cayenne pepper for an extra kick.

 

34 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

1 cup frozen mango

12 medium banana

1 tbsp honey

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, mango, banana, and honey. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into eight popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
