Açaí & pineapple Bowl
with chia seeds & walnuts

Enjoy this thick, spoonable blend of tropical superfoods topped with crunchy nuts and seeds (more superfoods!). This version uses freezer packs of unsweetened açaí purée.

 

12 pack frozen açaí purée

1 cup frozen pineapple

13 cup soy milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp chopped walnuts

  1. 1 Place açaí purée packet in a small bowl, cover with warm water, and let sit for 1 minute. This helps with blending the açaí.
  2. 2 In a blender, combine thawed açaí purée, pineapple, and soy milk. Blend on high speed for 20 seconds, stop the blender, and stir. Repeat until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into a medium bowl, sprinkle chia seeds and walnuts on top, and serve immediately.
