1 cup frozen pineapple

12 cup chopped spinach

14 cup chopped cilantro

12 tsp freshly grated ginger

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, pineapple, spinach, cilantro, ginger, and black pepper to taste. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
