1 pack frozen açaí purée
1 cup frozen peaches
zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp chopped pineapple
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Place açaí purée packet in a small bowl, cover with warm water, and let sit for 1 minute. This helps with blending the açaí.
2 In a blender, combine 1⁄4 cup water, thawed açaí purée, peaches, orange zest and juice. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds, stop the blender, and stir. Repeat until smooth.
3 Pour the mixture into a medium bowl, sprinkle pineapple and shredded coconut on top, and serve immediately.
