Papaya & Honey
with Flaxseed

Inflammation-fighting properties from papaya and flaxseed make this smoothie a top choice when you’re fighting a cold. Peel, chop, and freeze fresh papaya for up to 6 months.

 

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

12 fresh papaya, seeds removed and flesh scooped out

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, papaya, honey, flaxseed, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
