Wild Blueberry Blast
with banana & chia Seeds

This contains protein, carbs, electrolytes, and antioxidants. In fact, wild blueberries have more antioxidants than regular blueberries, and freezing them actually boosts their power.

 

12 cup 100% orange juice

1 medium banana

112 cups frozen wild blueberries

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1 tbsp chia seeds

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 12 cup water, orange juice, banana, wild blueberries, cottage cheese, and chia seeds. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
