Chocolate & Cherries
with a pinch of sea salt

Because chocolate milk and fresh cherries contain nutrients that muscles need after exercise, why not team them up? Adding a little sea salt enhances their flavors.

 

112 cups low-fat chocolate milk

2 cups frozen sweet cherries

  1. 1 In a blender, combine chocolate milk, cherries, and a pinch of sea salt (if using). Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
