Red Currants & Honey
with banana & coconut

Red currants are berries similar to cranberries but juicier. They’re underappreciated berries but feature ellagic acid– a compound that has some cancer-fighting properties.

1 cup red currants

2 tbsp wildflower honey

1 frozen medium banana

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut water, red currants, honey, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
