Raspberries & chia seeds
with a hint of maple

With a whopping 11 grams of fiber and 15 grams of protein, this sweet purple smoothie will satisfy for hours after that first sip. And chia seeds offer a little crunch.

 

112 cups skim milk

3oz nonfat raspberry Greek yogurt

2 cups frozen raspberries

2 tsp 100% maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, raspberries, maple syrup, and chia seeds. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
