Strawberry sundae
with banana

This classic smoothie is all about the basics. This version is made with frozen fruit, skim milk, and Greek yogurt for extra protein. Leftovers make great popsicles.

 

1 cup skim milk

1 large frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

12 cup nonfat strawberry Greek yogurt

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 12 cup water, milk, banana, strawberries, and yogurt. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
