PB & J Shake
with banana & oats

Imagine a peanut butter sandwich and a cold glass of milk whirled into a smoothie. This sippable treat has no added sugar and makes a fabulous breakfast or snack.

 

134 cups nonfat milk

2 tbsp natural peanut butter

13 cup rolled oats

1 medium frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, peanut butter, oats, banana, and strawberries. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
