Strawberries & Hemp
with a hint of maple

Nutrient-dense hemp seeds are an amazing superfood. With a subtle nutty flavor and an impressive amount of healthy fats, they’re perfect for a healthy smoothie.

 

2 cups hemp milk

2 cups frozen strawberries

zest and juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp hemp seeds, divided

2 tsp maple syrup

  1. 1 In a blender, combine hemp milk, lime zest and juice, strawberries, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, and maple syrup. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses, sprinkle the remaining 1 tbsp hemp seeds on top, and serve immediately.
