Backyard Berries
with vanilla frozen yogurt

Nothing’s more delectable than a freshly picked berry because that’s when its nutrient content is at its absolute peak. Visit your local farmers market to buy berries that are in season.

 

1 cup skim milk

12 cup strawberries

12 cup blueberries

12 cup raspberries

34 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and frozen yogurt. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
