2 cups skim milk

1 cup frozen cauliflower florets

1 frozen medium banana

2 tbsp almond butter

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, cauliflower, banana, and almond butter. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
