Dandy Watermelon
with apple

Dandelion greens are a seasonal treasure; look for them at your local farmers market. This combo of melon and greens contains 275% of your daily requirements for vitamin K.

 

1 cup 100% apple juice

2 cups diced fresh watermelon

1 cup chopped dandelion greens

  1. 1 In a blender, combine apple juice, watermelon, dandelion greens, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
