2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 medium oranges, halved and juiced
1 cup cooked sweet potato
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 In a blender, combine almond milk, orange juice, sweet potato, ginger, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses, sprinkle a pinch of freshly ground black pepper on top, and serve immediately.
