2 cups chilled brewed coffee
1 cup low-fat milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 Pour coffee into ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
2 In a blender, combine milk, coffee ice cubes, cocoa powder, mint, and sugar. Blend on high speed until smooth.
