Chocolate Cold Brew
with coffee & mint

Start your day with this antioxidant-rich drink that’s full of flavor but incredibly low in calories. Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays to make this smoothie as an afternoon pick-me-up.

 

2 cups chilled brewed coffee

1 cup low-fat milk

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

4 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

2 tsp granulated sugar

  1. 1 Pour coffee into ice cube trays and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. 2 In a blender, combine milk, coffee ice cubes, cocoa powder, mint, and sugar. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses, garnish with additional fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.
