Fig & Almond bowl
with bananas

This satisfying smoothie bowl contains no added sugar but does have an impressive 35% of your daily fiber needs. For best results, make sure the almond milk is ice-cold!

 

34 cup vanilla almond milk

3 dried figs, roughly chopped

1 frozen medium banana

2 tbsp slivered almonds, for garnish

  1. 1 In a blender, combine almond milk, figs, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into a medium bowl, sprinkle slivered almonds on top, and serve immediately.
