with celery & lemon
Dress up low-sodium vegetable juice with a few simple ingredients. This low-carb beverage also features plenty of vitamins A, C, and K.
1 cup low-sodium vegetable juice
1⁄2 cup chopped celery
juice of 1⁄2 lemon
5 dashes of hot sauce (optional)
- 1 In a blender, combine vegetable juice, celery, lemon juice, hot sauce (if using), and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
