Lemon & Beet
with a touch of honey

Because it’s cool and refreshing and has the power of beets to help promote circulation and lower blood pressure, make this smoothie a part of your morning routine.

 

2 cups lemon seltzer

1 medium beet, peeled and chopped

1 tbsp honey

zest and juice of 1 lemon

  1. 1 In a blender, combine seltzer, beet, honey, lemon zest and juice, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
