Pumpkin spice latte lovers will swoon for this. Reserve leftover pumpkin purée in ice cube trays and add to the blender the next time you want to make this addictive smoothie.

 

34 cup skim milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

34 cup pumpkin purée

1 frozen medium banana

12 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, maple syrup, pumpkin purée, banana, and cinnamon. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
