Sweet Pea Shake
with pineapple & lime

One of the best plant-based protein powders is made from peas. It has a mild flavor and blends beautifully, and most brands contain about 20 grams of protein per serving.

 

2 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage

12 cup frozen peas

1 cup frozen pineapple

2 ounces unsweetened pea protein powder

zest and juice of 1 lime

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, peas, pineapple, protein powder, and lime zest and juice. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
