with wheatgrass & coconut
Fresh wheatgrass can be hard to find, but wheatgrass powder is another way to take advantage of its antioxidant power. And a little goes a long way!
11⁄2 cups coconut water
1 frozen medium banana
1 clementine
2 tsp wheatgrass powder
- 1 In a blender, combine coconut water, banana, clementine, and wheatgrass powder. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
