The delicious blueberry purée gives this variation a pop of color.

1. Put ice into a mixing glass.

2. Add the blueberry purée, then pour Prosecco over the top.

3. Stir slowly for 15 seconds.

4. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with extra Prosecco, if necessary.

APPLE BELLINI

A softer-tasting twist on the classic Bellini, perfect for lazy summer days.

1. Put ice into a mixing glass.

2. Add the apple purée and camomile liqueur.

3. Pour Prosecco over the top and stir slowly for 15 seconds.

4. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with extra Prosecco, if necessary.

LOSE the
BOOZE

Swap the Prosecco for sparkling grape juice for a refreshing, nonalcoholic drink. Try this with the classic or either variation.
